Highlights: • Sit in hammock with hands holding straps as in ‘Hammock Swing’ • Hold hammock tightly and pull knees to forehead • Roll backward, keeping grip on hammock • Straighten the legs, point them straight to the ceiling • Hold whole body in a straight line • Bend knees in then rotate whole body back to sit in hammock • Grip the hammock tightly throughout Benefits: • Improves grip • Strengthens core • Encourages circulation
