Back Rounding (exercise #3) SiRA Fly Yoga or Aerial Yoga. Back Rounding Fly Yoga exercise is part of mat exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights: • Sit cross-legged with back straight • Place hands on knees and gently hold on • Push middle of the back out into a curve then come back up straight • Breathe out as you go backwards, in as you come forwards • Repeat several times Benefits: • Improve health of the spine • Increase flexibility of the back • Help to join breath to movement
