Butterfly (exercise #5) SiRA Fly Yoga or Aerial Yoga. Butterfly Fly Yoga exercise is part of mat exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights: • Bring feet together sole-to-sole, fairly close to the groin • Hold the feet or ankles with the back kept upright • Gently flutter the legs like wings • Continue for several seconds Benefits: • Loosens inner thigh muscles • Warms up the hips • Strengthens the back for holding an upright sitting position
