Butterfly Lift-off – exercise #6

Back Rounding (exercise #3) SiRA Fly Yoga or Aerial Yoga. Back Rounding Fly Yoga exercise is part of mat exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights: • From ‘butterfly’ position lean back slightly and lift feet off the floor • Straighten legs and open them wide, keeping hold of the feet • Hold the balance for a few moments Benefits: • Stretches the hip muscles • Improves balance • Trains focus and concentration
