Highlights: • Come to all-fours with hands under shoulders, feet under hips • Arch back slightly, rolling chest forward and hips back • Roll back towards the sky, pulling in the belly in an ‘angry cat’ shape Benefits: • Improves mobility of the spine • Released tension in the back and neck • Helps to find range in back muscles
