Climbing ball (exercise #61) SiRA Fly Yoga or Aerial Yoga.

Climbing ball Fly Yoga exercise is part of the hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights:
  • Begin by lying on the back with the knees bent and the feet flat on the floor (navel between two spots)
  • Place the legs over the hammock one by one
  • Hold the hammock straps with both hands
  • Begin to climb the hands up the hammock until you are in an upright sitting position
