Climbing ball Fly Yoga exercise is part of the hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.
Highlights:- Begin by lying on the back with the knees bent and the feet flat on the floor (navel between two spots)
- Place the legs over the hammock one by one
- Hold the hammock straps with both hands
- Begin to climb the hands up the hammock until you are in an upright sitting position
- Improves grip strength
- Builds upper body strength
- Strengthens core
- Develops fine motor skills
