Cow face pose (exercise #47) SiRA Fly Yoga or Aerial Yoga.

Cow face pose Fly Yoga exercise is part of the hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights: • Sit in the hammock like a swing • Place the arms behinds straps • Cross the right leg over the left • With the left hand, try to hold the right foot • Try with right hand to hold the left foot • Keep the back upright • Stay in this position for 30 seconds • Release the arms and uncross the legs • Repeat with the arms and legs reversed Benefits: • Stretches the ankles, hips, thighs and shoulders
