Highlights: • Hold hammock across front of the body just under hip bones • Fold forward over hammock and place hands on floor • Walk hands forward until legs lift up then swing back, bringing body into a straight line from shoulders to feet • Open legs slightly wider than shoulders to prevent slipping • Support weight on hands and play with different positions from here • Come down by walking hands forward and lowering feet to floor then standing up Benefits: • Improves coordination • Develops upper body and core strength • Stretches back muscles
