Dog Wagging Tail (exercise #37) SiRA Fly Yoga or Aerial Yoga.
Dog Wagging Tail Fly Yoga exercise is part of the hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights:
• Come to ‘Dog in the Air’
• Keeping legs straight and in line with body, swing them slowly side-to-side
• Come down by walking hands forward and lowering feet to floor then standing

Benefits:
• Stretches sides of body
• Improves coordination
• Strengthens abdominal muscles
