Flying ball (exercise #48) SiRA Fly Yoga or Aerial Yoga.

Flying ball Fly Yoga exercise is part of the hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights: • Stand in front of the hammock • Place the hammock under the armpits • Go back and lean back as far as hammock allows • Grip the hammock with both hands • Lift the knees to the chest • Swing forward and backward without allowing the legs to touch the mat • Return to standing at the back of the mat Benefits: • Strengthens abdominal muscles • Builds upper body strength • Fun and relieves tension
