Highlights:
• Hold hammock across front of the body under hip bones
• Go one step forward and grab the straps of the hammock with two hands
• Lean on a hammock under the hip bones and lift up the legs one by one
• Keep head up in line with body while holding the straps
• You can play with rocking back and forth
• Come down by lowering one leg to floor and standing up
