Highlights: • Place the hammock under the hip bones • Fold forward over hammock • Place the hands one by one on the floor • Lean on the hands and the hammock and lift up the legs • Open the legs slightly wider to prevent slipping • Reach one hand back and grab the hammock with the palm facing outwards • The assistant holds the child’s hand and the strap • The assistant supports the child’s chest with the other hand • Reach the other hand back and grab the hammock • Keep head up in line with body while holding the straps • The assistant swings back and forth • Come down by lowering the feet to the floor, walking forward, then standing up
