Flying Superman – exercise #44
Highlights:
- Kneeling in front of the low hammock
- Shake and open the hammock with both hands
- Bring one knee into the hammock
- Keep elbows out of the hammock
- Lie down in a hammock while straightening the leg
- Push the floor with your hands and swing
- To exit ‘Superman’ roll over on the back
- Grab the straps with both hands and bring the body up to a sitting position
