Flying Superman – exercise #44


  • Kneeling in front of the low hammock
  • Shake and open the hammock with both hands
  • Bring one knee into the hammock
  • Keep elbows out of the hammock
  • Lie down in a hammock while straightening the leg
  • Push the floor with your hands and swing
  • To exit ‘Superman’ roll over on the back
  • Grab the straps with both hands and bring the body up to a sitting position
