Frog Jumps into the Hammock Stretch Fly Yoga exercise is part of the hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights:
  • Crumple the hammock with your hands to create a rope-like hammock
  • Stand behind the hammock, holding the straps, one in each hand high above your head
  • Jump up with both feet into the hammock and stand up
  • While leaning towards the left foot and the left side of the hammock, straighten the right leg and push the strap with the right hand
  • Bring the both legs together at the center of the hammock
  • Repeat with the other side
