Highlights: • Stand behind the hammock with the feet hips-width distance apart • Gather the fabric together and grab the hammock at the lowest height with your hands shoulder-width distance apart • Bend forward while extending your arms out long • Bend you knees slightly to arrive in a flat back • Keep your gaze towards the floor and your spine long • Round the spine to slowly roll up to standing • Repeat 3-5 times, exhaling as you reach forward, inhaling as you roll back to upright.
