Hanging ball Fly Yoga exercise is part of the hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.
Highlights: • Lie on the back with the knees bent • Belly under the hammock • Place the legs over the hammock one by one • Hold the hammock straps with both hands • Bring forehead to knees while holding tight to the hammock • Move the body from side to side • Slowly lie back on the mat and release the hands Benefits: • Strengthens abdominal muscles • Builds upper body strength
