House in Hammock (exercise #106) SiRA Fly Yoga or Aerial Yoga.

House in Hammock Fly Yoga exercise is part of the hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights: • Sit in the hammock like a swing • The fabric covering the waist from behind • Grab the sides of the hammock with both hands • Lean back until the head points toward the floor • Spread the legs wide with knees slightly bent and rotate feet outwards • Wrap the feet around the straps of the hammock • Bring the soles of the feet together • Stay in this pose for a few moments • Bring your body up to take a glance into the window created by legs • While still holding the straps tightly, unwrap the legs and bring the body back to an upright sitting position
