Hovering Butterfly – exercise #32

Highlights:
• Stand with both feet in center of the hammock with both hands holding the straps
• Squat down, opening the knees out wide and turning the soles of the feet in to touch each other with the toes pointing down
• The buttocks will end resting on the heels
• Stretch arms down in front of the straps so that the hands are resting on the knees
Benefits:
• Improves balance and stability
• Opens the hips
