Highlights: • Stand behind the hammock • Grab it high up on each side • Jump up while lifting the knees • Rest the shins on the hammock • Slide down so the hammock supports you just above the ankles • Swing knees from side to side to twist and turn • Slide backwards off hammock to return to standing Benefits: • Improves core strength • Strengthens abdominal muscles • Improves balance • Builds upper body strength
