Massage Through the Hammock Fly Yoga exercise is part of the hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights: • One partner lies back in the hammock with knees bent, supported by the fabric from the top of their head to the tips of their toes • The other partner lies face up on the mat, underneath the hammock • The partner on the mat may reach up and massage or gently swing the partner in the hammock, with their hands, their knees and shins, or their feet Benefits: • Relaxing and Unwinding • Each partner gets to experience a massage • Each partner gets to care for the other
