Highlights: • Start from all-fours in front of the hammock • Straighten right leg back and place shin on hammock • Stretch left leg back so both shins are resting in the hammock • Hold the position • When finished move down to ‘Child’s Pose’ on the floor Benefits: • Develops core strength • Strengthens core muscles • Improves concentration
