Slide with Hammock (exercise #68) SiRA Fly Yoga or Aerial Yoga. Slide with Hammock Fly Yoga exercise is part of the hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights: • Stand in front of the hammock with the feet together • Grab the sides of the hammock with each hand • Gather the fabric of the hammock together, across your back and underneath your armpits • Step to the back of the mat with feet together and lean back into the hammock • Slide forward opening the feet wide • Bring the feet together again at the top of the mat • As you slide back again to your starting position, open the feet wide • Continue a few times sliding forward and backward
