Slide with Hammock Release Fly Yoga exercise is part of the hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights: • Stand between two hooks with hammock behind the back • Grab the sides of the hammock with both hands • Position hammock so it comes out under the armpits • Step back as far as possible and lean back into the hammock • Slide forward, continue leaning back and open the arms wide • The hammock will support you underneath your upper back • Keep leaning back moving your arms over your head • Let the hammock slowly comes to a stop • Hold the position a few moments • To return to standing, bend the knees, plant the feet on the floor, and grab the sides of the hammock
