Somersault Bird Flow (exercise #201) SiRA Fly Yoga or Aerial Yoga.

Somersault Bird Flow Fly Yoga exercise is part of the hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights: • Sit in the hammock with hands holding straps as in ‘Hammock Swing’ • Hold the hammock tightly and pull knees to forehead • Roll backward, while maintaining a tight grip on hammock • Allow both legs to swing overhead and stand on the floor • Keep hold the hammock with arms behind you and lean forward as you straightening your legs without bending the elbows • Bend your knees and push upward to return to standing • Repeat 2-3 times
