Spinning in a Hammock – exercise #46
Spinning in a Hammock Fly Yoga exercise is part of hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.
• Place the hammock under the armpits
• Grip the hammock with both hands
• Turn around a few times
• Hands are holding two walls of the hammock under a spin
• Sit down and lift up the knees
• Let the hammock rotate back freely of your work.
• Strengthens abdominal muscles
• Fun and relaxation
