Star – exercise #33

Highlights:

  • Sit in the hammock like a swing, with the cloth covering from the top of the thigh to the lower back
  • Lean back, spread the legs wide and wrap them around the straps of the hammock
  • Keep leaning back until the head points toward the floor,
  • Verse feet, knees slightly bent, rotate feet out, wrap the walls of the hammock
  • Release the hands toward the floor

  • Releases neck muscles
  • Lowers heart rate
