Star – exercise #33
Highlights:
- Sit in the hammock like a swing, with the cloth covering from the top of the thigh to the lower back
- Lean back, spread the legs wide and wrap them around the straps of the hammock
- Keep leaning back until the head points toward the floor,
- Verse feet, knees slightly bent, rotate feet out, wrap the walls of the hammock
- Release the hands toward the floor
Benefits:
- Decompresses spine
- Releases neck muscles
- Lowers heart rate
