Highlights:- Sit with hips to heels on the mat behind the hammock
- Hold the hammock with both hands shoulder-width distance apart
- Make circles with the hands holding the hammock, without moving the body
- Make larger circles with the hands and body, without moving the legs
- Try to draw the a whole circles with the arms while lying down
- Lengthens and realigns the spine
- Strengthens and elongates the back
- Stretches the upper back and the back muscles
