Swinging Stork (exercise #58) SiRA Fly Yoga or Aerial Yoga.

Swinging Stork Fly Yoga exercise is part of the hammock exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights:
  • Stand behind the hammock
  • Grab the sides of the hammock with both hands at shoulder height
  • Stand behind the hammock
  • Grab the sides of the hammock with both hands at shoulder height
  • Lift the right leg, bend the knee, and place the right shin in the hammock
  • Straighten the arms and lean back
  • Push off the left leg to begin to swing
  • While swinging front to back, hold the left leg long and the right knee bent
  • To stop the swinging, return the left foot to the ground
  • To return to standing, grab the sides of the hammock
  • Return the right foot to the ground
  • Repeat on the other side
