Tower (exercise #72) SiRA Fly Yoga or Aerial Yoga.
Tower Fly Yoga exercise is part of the mat exercises in Fly Yoga program.
Highlights:- Stand equally on both feet, with the feet parallel to each other, and the weight evenly distributed
- Raise your arms high over your head and bring your palms together
- At the same time, lift the heels and transfer weight onto the balls of the feet
- Focus your eyes on crystal or another single point to keep your balance for a few moments
- Try to remain stable in this position for a count of 5 to 10
- Release the pose by lowering the heels and arms simultaneously
- Improves balance
- Teaches stabilization of the body
- Increases strength and flexibility in the calves, ankles
- Improves posture
