Tower – exercise #72

Tower (exercise #72) SiRA Fly Yoga or Aerial Yoga.

Tower Fly Yoga exercise is part of the mat exercises in Fly Yoga program.

Highlights:
  • Stand equally on both feet, with the feet parallel to each other, and the weight evenly distributed
  • Raise your arms high over your head and bring your palms together
  • At the same time, lift the heels and transfer weight onto the balls of the feet
  • Focus your eyes on crystal or another single point to keep your balance for a few moments
  • Try to remain stable in this position for a count of 5 to 10
  • Release the pose by lowering the heels and arms simultaneously
